Excuse me. Um. I think I am lost. Do you enjoy destroying people? I just want to understand. I want to know what drives a person to do what you do. To ruin other people's lives...
... because you have taken everything from me. Abuse of Power under Color of Law... which lead me to THAT LAW which perverts justice and undermines the entire government.

You have manipulated a very strong team to assist you in your efforts which violate the Public Trust and is concealed. You have ripped the head off of Justice and shit down her throat.

You fail to understand. EVERY. PERSON. MATTERS. There are more of us than there are of you.

Rule 1.6 provides the ability to conceal the abuse of power under color of law. The unconstitutional nullity is NO LAW... and NO SECRET... anymore.

You are the AMERICAN BAR ASSOCIATION. An organization which interferes and intervenes to cause injustice and prevent any escape. A membership which has intruded and intercepted at every level of the judiciary to perpetrate unconstitutional acts while concealed behind a judiciary held hostage. There are more of us than there are of you.

The actions of the ABA membership to prevent JUSTICE are exposed. Two secret orders from unidentified courts which silence and prevent Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane from the responsibilities and duties of her office will not stop an awareness of the corruption caused and concealed by RULE 1.6 CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION of the Rules of Professional Conduct - a minimum ethical standard which lack any ethics - permitting non-disclosure in the furtherance of fraud or to prevent resolution. INJUSTICE endorsed by SILENCE. A Mandatory Silence.

Rule 1.6 is UNCONSTITUTIONAL. JUSTICE IS COMING.

The Quotes come from a manifesto written by an apparently angry and frightened man upon learning his efforts to undermine an attorney general had a setback. A prosecutor for 22 years, including two terms as District Attorney, who has served as President of the Pennsylvania District Attorneys Association, Bruce Castor believes he has attained a sterling reputation for pursuing truth, justice, and accountability in public office. He is the only person who believes his lie.

Castor was Montgomery County District Attorney when A Terroristic Divorce was initiated in 2007. It seems every oerson to whom I turned for help were the ones who were already working to destroy me - unable to tell the truth - unable to end my terror. Because of an unconstitutional law which prevented them from doing the right thing. EVER.

Another Suicide Season Approaches

As we head into the Holidays, Persevere. Justice is coming. It is slow. Painfully slow.

But like an addict who delays a need for rehab, THE INTERVENTION is an eventuality.

I've been through seven long, lonely, isolated, destitute holidays.
Pa rum pa pum pum.

I can't promise it will ever get better while the cause of their injustice is ignored ... while the media remains mysteriously silent ... and while the entire Pennsylvania Judiciary, the entire Legislature, and the entire state and federal government ignores.
This last year WE TOLD EVERYONE in government. They know what they are ignoring.

The unconstitutional Rule 1.6 requirement to say and do nothing is the worst kept secret in Pennsylvania.

Rule 1.6 injustice demonstrates how EVIL undermines society. Rule 1.6 cannot conceal a murder.

Pushing for a RULE 1.6 SUICIDE is totally lawful, and let's them off the hook. The corrupt achieve their reward - their goal.

My list of the suicides is too long already. The sad truth is that people really don't give a damn if you live or die.

It's your own personal choice, but you can do more to expose and resolve this UNFATHOMABLE TERROR than you ever imagined.

Affirmations help purify our thoughts and restructure the dynamic of our brains so that we truly recognize that nothing is impossible.

I use several affirmations throughout every day in speaking, writing, and Facebook posts -- often when facing the continuing survival through the desperate moments that people are facing.

Less is more powerful.... when there is really nothing you can do or say to change the immediate circumstance, ... when a friends just needs to be acknowledged in a desperate moment.

I keep 'em short and often use them to close a web post, Facebook post or email.

(There are some folks who notice when I haven't used them... and they call it to my attention OR post themselves.)

Kathleen Kane demonstrates restraint - Rule 1.6 as a weapon

Kathleen Kane's credibility is on the line - MORNING CALL July 5, 2014

Rule 1.6 is a law which mandates confidentiality of information. It's unconstitutional. it causes judges to sacrifice their integrity. It requires law enforcement to ignore corruption and injustice. Rule 1.6 mandates that Kathleen Kane not explain that it is being used by those who are well aware of it to attack her credibility where she is mandated to conceal their corruption and misconduct.

Rule 1.6 mandated confidentiality is a tool for corruption and injustice - and the denial of constitutional rights. The Kids For Cash scandal. The Sandusky Conspiracy. Foreclosure through fraud. All enabled, delayed, and ignored for years because of a mandate that lawyers and judges MUST ignore judicial corruption and injustice. Rule 1.6 demands that confidentiality from district attorneys and attorneys general.

The Constitutional Challenge of Rule 1.6 was undermined by a member of Kathleen Kane's office. His actions required the integrity of the federal courts to be sacrificed - made the courts deny the law and the constitution and prevented them from explaining. Because of Rule 1.6, Kathleen Kane can take no action to expose the case being undermined by her office.

The Weaponized version of Rule 1.6, seems to be the choice of the District Attorneys of Pennsylvania. They dare to attack the actions of the Pennsylvania Attorney General with the knowledge that she is not lawfully permitted to answer their statements. Seth Williams hired Frank Fina after Fina undermined his own investigation requiring the case to be dropped. Both know that Attorney General Kane is mandated to confidentiality when it would expose the misconduct of employees of the office of the Attorney General.

Same conditions with regard to the stalled Sandusky investigation which was delayed for years.
The Sandusky report was a sham... mandated by Rule 1.6 to not include misconduct of the investigation. The Supreme Court actually updated the Rules of Professional Conduct to conceal the emails - over 8 times they edited the law for the purpose of email confidentiality. BUT, Rule 1.6 prevents AG Kane from saying it. She must protect the integrity of a court which boldly and arrogantly lacks any shred of integrity. A Supreme court which hides behind a curtain of confidentiality THEY CREATED TO CONCEAL JUDICIAL CORRUPTION.

I have been victimized for over 9 years by injustice and corruption - no protection of the law and no constitutional rights. Homeless, destitute and terrorized to the point where I had to find out why they thought it was OK. Rule 1.6 makes it OK to ignore corruption, injustice and terrorism.

JUSTICE IS COMING. And while Kathleen Kane can't do anything to help because of Rule 1.6 mandating her taking no action, when she is attacked and cannot defend her silences. I CAN.

Rule 1.6 may have been able to annihilate my life... but it does NOT mandate my silence about it's corruption. It does not prevent me from challenging the constitutionality of a very twisted law which has damaged millions of Americans.

I don't know how she can restrain herself. As I read the articles attacking her credibility my respect for her grows. People don't understand. I'm supposed to hate her and be angry at her for what she did NOT do for me. BUT, I understand her silence. Her silent support of my cause. She's following the law... (even if it kills me.)
